The 8th Annual Louisiana Veterans Festival takes place on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Heritage Park. Gates open at 3 pm, but volunteers are needed to help set up tents and tables from 8 am - 10 am. We need about 5 volunteers. They will also need assistance breaking down the tents and picking up at the end of the event, beginning at 10 pm and lasting only an hour. Please register to volunteer as you are able and indicate the times you can help. And wear your Rotary t-shirt!

Takes place at Coast Electric Hwy 603, Kiln, MS (just north of where Hwy 43 joins 603). Click here to register. All Club Board members for the 2023-24 Rotary year should attend. Rotary rules have changed and even if officers have served in the position in the past, they are asked to attend. The District is offering an incentive to attend all 4 District events - 4 for 4. If 4 members attend 4 District Events, our club is entered into a raffle for $250 cash! This is one of the four events. A minimum of 2 members must attend this event for our club to qualify. |

The Installation and Awards Luncheon will take place at Pinewood Country Club at our regular club meeting time. Cost is $20 and is being automatically billed to all members, whether they attend or not. Member's guests will be charged $20 at the door. District Governor Vicky Gutierrez will be in attendance! Install 2023-24 Board and recognize award recipients

This meeting will be held at our regular lunchtime, but will be held at Pinewood Country Club. We will induct new Board members, recognize Committee Chairs, and present these awards: The Bill Lowery Service Above Self Award, the Ken Thompson Legacy Award, and Rotarian of the Year! 2023-24 District Governor Vicky Gutierrez will install new officers.
